Move it... Move it!

I am always in awe at those around me that somehow always find the time to workout... How do they do it? And I am always in awe at the "doers" who are always doing and never appear to need a moment of down time.....

Jenn and Torrie... wow. tell me. how do you find time to workout, how do you do it?

I sped walked 2 miles today.... how do I do it again on monday and the day after that and the day after that?

Those of you who workout regularly can you tell me how you do it, what works best for you?

ok so june 27th I said I have had it, so this is what I did. I was brutally honest and to keep me honest I blogged about it. You have to be able to admit when you are doing something you shouldn't. I used www.livestrong.com I tracked my food for everything I ate. I also tracked my fitness. The goal is to burn more calories than you eat. You burn eating cards, doing laundry, running, everything, sleeping is 800 calories. I am not crazy tracking all the little things I did to burn calories, I only track my fitness. I put my weight in and then it tells me how many calories I can eat. The thing is is this allows me to eat normally. points, prepared meals don't help me when I go out or eat at someone else's house. This tracking will help you eat smaller portions. I use www,dwlz.com it is a website that gives you the caolories for any restaurant. You want to eat Taco bell you can go here figure what you can eat and still be happy. I can go out with Chris on a date and not feel guilty when I come home. I don't have to double workout to make it up. This will teach you to change your lifestyle and live normal. You can still eat the things you love, it just helps you eat less of it, or you prepare your day for a higher calorie meal. YOu wanna go out for ice cream plan on it. I use www.recipegirl.com and click on the weigh watchers and that gives me great recipes that actually taste awesome and it tells me how much the calorie intake is. I can give you my favorite ones if you want. I only weighed myself every saturday before I ate anything. SOme weigh everyday but numbers are hard for me to look and your weight and fluctuate everyday. Start small on your workouts and then move up. YOu should be working out at least and hour. Then your body will platu when it does up your workout or change your calorie intake. I lost a pound to 2 every week for 15 weeks. To prove that it works I didn't gain and my workouts were smaller and I maintained. Which eventually you want to do when you loose what you want. I know you can do this but you have to just say I am done and I am not going to do this to me or my son. Call me, we can talk if you need help on the live strong website. 801-803-9796 Good luck I know you can do this.

I had the same question since the day I had Oaklee! I would work out one day and not again for a week or two, but I just started going to a workout class T/Th from 6-7 in the morning. I leave the class at 6:50 so I can get home so Mitch can leave. I can be showered before Oaklee gets up and it seems to be working good. I am trying to get up on the off days to do a video or something. I'll let you know if it lasts!!

Push hard to do it for 10 days.. after that they say it becomes habit.. it's all about changing habit!

Cut out pop, candy, and white starchy or white flower items (buns of any kind, white bread, white rice, potatoes etc... get only 8 hours of sleep too much actually slows you down! And lower your portion size! Get something like unsalted or sweetened almonds to munch on! Reduce your dairy and eat lots of veggies and your sugar comes from natural sugars like fruit! :)
