YUMO

Well since this little boy is ALWAYS (and that is not a hyperbole) hungry we decided so start the rice cereal. So we straped on the bib mixed up some cereal and took a bite.

It turns out that its not exactly a delicacy, but maybe with some more practice he will get the hang of it and find that maybe its an aquired taste like spinach or something. In the meantime I will be patient and dream of the day that he keeps down more than a bite and has a full tummy and will SLEEP through the night, or a least a little longer.

He is so cute! Have you tried mixing the cereal in a bottle? with breast milk or formula? That might get the ball rolling a little. Just thought I would throw that out there.

He is sooo big! With our kids it was always hard when they first started to get the temp right. All he's ever had is pretty warm stuff in his mouth, but it's hard not to get it too hot! Then it cools down really quick, so we tried to watch the temp & just throw it back in the micro for 8 secs to warm it back up if it got cool. Man, he's cute!

Wow, he is very cute Ti'ana! This is really late but Congrats and I hope that the food thing works better for you! I don't really have any advice to give you because the only thing I take care of (besides my husband) is my dog. He isn't really picky, in fact he eats anything, so that's handy. But good luck and it's great to see some pictures of you and your beautiful familY!

That is the cutest bib ever! none of my three kids would eat rice cereal so good luck, i always added applesauce like you are not supposed to because then all they will ever want is sweet stuff and then they will become obese like the rest of America....yada yada. They ate the rice ceral then and everything else I put in front of them. They still do. Do what works.

oh what a cute boy you have! Fun to start cereal too! Oh the adventures yet to come for us :-)
Brad's sister told me to read the book Healthy Sleep Habits, happy Child and I seriously think it is magic...I started doing what it says in there and Bridger started sleeping lots better. Not all the way through the night but long strethces and I can handle life lots better! Take it for what it's worth but it might help!
